1. Scope and provider

These terms of use apply to the website mcp-interfaces.com and to the program we operate to maintain our own YouTube channels, which uses the YouTube API Services for that purpose (hereinafter “the tool”).

The full particulars required by § 5 DDG are given in the imprint.

2. The website

The website is an informational offering and free to use. It contains no forms and no login. Under /layoutbridge/ we present our software LayoutBridge. Products such as LayoutBridge are purchased via links to the external payment service Polar (Polar Software, Inc., USA), which acts as the seller; this website itself has no shopping cart. The terms and licence terms linked on the product pages apply to the purchase and use of the software. There is no entitlement to permanent availability; we may change, restrict or discontinue the offering at any time.

The content is prepared with care. We do not, however, warrant its accuracy, completeness or currency. The working methods and examples shown describe our own practice; they do not constitute advice in an individual case and do not replace legal, tax or technical examination on your part.

3. The tool

The tool serves solely to upload our own videos to our own channels and to maintain their details. It is not a public offering, is not made available to third parties for use and contains no sign-in for third parties. It does not process any personal data of viewers and does not embed any third-party content, in particular no advertising.

Which data the tool accesses, uses and stores via the YouTube API is set out in section 8 of the privacy policy.

4. YouTube Terms of Service

By using the tool, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. These are available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

Google's handling of user data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. The tool's access to a Google account can be revoked at any time via the security settings of that account, at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

5. Rights in the content

The texts, images, videos and the design of this website are protected by copyright. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any kind of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright law require our written consent. Making copies for private use and quoting with attribution remain permitted.

Product names, brands and trademarks of third parties mentioned are the property of their respective owners. On this website and in our videos they are used solely descriptively, in order to name the tools we use. No connection with, endorsement by or partnership with the providers mentioned exists.

6. Links to external sites

Our offering contains links to external third-party websites whose content we have no influence over. The respective provider is always responsible for that content. At the time of linking, no legal infringements were apparent. If we become aware of legal infringements, we will remove the link without delay.

7. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms of use if the offering, the services used or the legal situation change. The version published on this page at the time applies. The date of the current version is given at the end of this page.

8. Applicable law

German law applies. As regards consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
